All staft that I came into contact with at C&W were excellent from ground floor front Reception & Administration all the way through the whole experience. Mark together with his immediate colleagues was excellent - I just didn't enjoy the actual experience of the procedure but I can't imagine that anyone else does either......that's why it's 4 out of 5 stars as it's so unpleasant. I feel grateful to have been seen and am very thankful of all the time & experience that makes this possible. I really don't like hospitals at all but I can't really see how Mark Ferguson & colleagues could have made it any better. Thank you.

Dr Eynon-Lewis was great and post-op has been very helpful in helping me deal with any questions or issues.

Lucy was fantastic from start to finish! I am scared of needles and she was really lovely about this. The actual procedure was very fast and I am loving my results so far! Would definitely recommend Lucy to anyone who cannot burp!

Mr Kara could not have been better. He was thorough with explaining everything to me. Answered any questions I had and I felt at ease the whole pathway from outpatients to surgery.

Mr Patel is always courteous and professional. He engages very well with our 6 year old son who is the patient.
