I have always found him very helpful, answering questions and explaining issues clearly, with a polite, cheerful and friendly manner

I explained my problem with my shoulder , he looked at it, asked me to move it in different ways and explained that it’s a frozen shoulder and that he wanted to do a scan and look at it properly then will need an injection. He was polite and also apologized for running late

Had some ups & downs operation cancelled twice while I was in my gown but couldn’t fault the care & attention mr Heasley gave me very professional & caring thank you 🙏 so much
