Brilliant experience

I have received treatment and had operations on several occasions at The Lindo Wing and I always feel relaxed and confident .

Friendly staff with a very accurate timing

Appointments were excellent, short waiting time and efficient on the day. However, on the day of the operation we were asked to arrive by 12 midday and was not operated till gone 4pm which was a long nervous wait of 4 hours. Scheduling of patients with the consultant should be more efficient to ensure less waiting time. I was scheduled to be first on the list but ended up being last!

I had an excellent impression. Nice and friendly team. I left feeling confident and well-informed. Highly recommend!

The place is clean, good location and easy to find address; the staff is punctual.
