After a desultory 6 minute phone appointment with our NHS GP for my 91 year old mother who barely concealed her disinterest, I was grateful to receive a recommendation to Dr Dan. The difference between the two experiences was chalk and cheese. We had our appointment online which was the easiest option for mum. The first big difference is that a 30 minute consultation with Dr Dan is standard. Sheer luxury! Dan actively listened, showed interest, he was both friendly and respectful, directing his questions to mum rather than me as her carer which pleased us both greatly. His responses were decisive, reassuring and crucially, compassionate towards an elderly lady who was more than a bit scared by her recent health challenges. He was willing to think outside the box on her health issue which required exactly that approach. We have had two subsequent follow ups and have been similarly delighted by the advice received. Dr Dan is skillfully assisted by Nathan who runs the The Wright Practice extremely professionally and with great good humour. I’m very relieved to have made the move from our NHS practice to Dr Dan.

Dr Sera, Is fantastic! She is a wonderful Doctor and she makes me feel taken care of. She takes time to check in with you and if you have any concerns she is extremely knowledgeable with recommendations of consultants that she feels that could offer more assistance.

Very knowledgeable and efficient

Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

Dr Robinson is incredibly professional and caring. I have never been treated with as much respect as what Dr Robinson has shown me, by any medical professional.
