Dr Elhassan was very helpful and listened well to the issues I was experiencing. He explained the possible reasons for my symptoms clearly and made sure I had several different diagnostic tests to get to the bottom of the problem. The experience I had with him was night and day compared to my previous doctor, and his expertise was exactly what I needed. I am now completely without symptoms thanks to the prescribed medicine - which is amazing considering that the symptoms were significantly impacting my day to day. I also have advice going forward on what to do if symptoms return or get worse. I'm very grateful for his care and dedication!

I was very happy to be in Mr Joshi's safe hands. He was the third and final consultant I saw, the previous 2 having failed to recognise, empathise, or understand the problems I was facing with an injury to my face and nose preventing me from breathing through my nostrils. He set out a clear plan of how he intended to resolve the issue and the with an operation was able to give me the ability to breathe back!

Mr Joseph was very friendly and explained the situation well and treatment needed, and what the next steps should be if this course of treatment is not effective.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

I had my revision rhinoplasty with Charles East and I am genuinely happy to a degree I never thought was possible. His experience and knowledge was obvious from the first video consultation. I had made the mistake of having my first rhinoplasty done by a turkish surgeon who works in London and I stupidly believed his self proclaimed kingdom. Charles East team are brilliant and caring, I was scared of going through another operation but I feel nothing buy relief and joy that I can now get past my turkish nightmare. In wanting to save money I have had to pay twice.
