Dr Claudia Wald is a phenomenal professional, caring in every way, astute, supremely wise and intelligent.

Receptionists can sometimes be a little brusque, but otherwise very good overall.

Entering the lady at reception says straight down the corridor to room 6. Door at the end of the corridor says waiting room 3 so I go back and ask and she says yes. Going in, room 6 says do not disturb. But I’m wondering if it’s been left like that by accident. There’s the sound of wind playing but no sign explaining why so I spend a few minutes trying to figure out if it’s wind or a speaker. This could be handled by explaining clearly where to go and what will happen - particularly important to people who are neurodivergent, which is why I’m here. I’m anxious enough without extra cognitive load. She could say “Straight down the corridor into waiting room 3, the doctor is in room 6. If it shows do not disturb then wait and he’ll be with you shortly. There’s a speaker playing wind sounds to try to put you at ease.”

There have been plenty of regular communications from Nurify, and their online system seems to work well for me. Plus the appointment reminders are useful. I did not visit a clinic, it has all been by phone and virtual calls with the doctor.

We visit Florence Gardam at the clinic. She is a very knowledgable practitioner who offers a whole range of treatments for children with autism, delayed development, adhd and similar conditions. Our experience of the clinic is excellent.

Dr Datta was everything we could have hoped for - experienced, qualified, wise, compassionate and pragmatic.
