Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.

The staff was friendly, the facilities were clean, and the service was prompt and professional.

Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.

When it came to the surgery, I felt totally confident with Dr. Ghanem. He knew exactly what he was doing, and the results speak for themselves! I look and feel amazing. The care I got after the surgery was also fantastic. They made sure I was comfy and knew what to expect during my recovery. It made a big difference knowing they were there for me every step of the way. What I really loved about The Ghanem Clinic was how they treated me like a person, not just another patient.
