All the staff at West Valley Hospital were very friendly, efficient and helpful.

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.

Great experience, process was fast and smooth including the registration at the reception. Receptionist wasn’t the friendliest person I have ever met, however overall was a great experience
