After going through a mastectomy and a failed implant through another surgeon, I came to see Mr Ramsey to try and find a solution for the long term. Mr Ramsey gave me the confidence and reassurance from our first meeting and I am pleased to say he delivered exceptional results - and surpassed my expectations. He is extremely calm and patient and he made the whole experience positive and focused on my wishes and getting me back to where I was before the diagnosis. I cannot thank Manaf enough from start to finish. Having had consultations with two other surgeons , I knew straight away Manaf was the surgeon I would choose. He was so welcoming, friendly, helpful , pleasant and made me feel so comfortable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything to me in so much detail. I originally went to Manaf with a size in mind, but he gave me an honest opinion as a surgeon as to what he thought was best. I ended up choosing his size and I am so happy I did listen to his advice! Once the surgery was done, he still continued to show support and care! From the first consultation I felt confident that I was in safe hands. Mr Townley clearly explained the procedure and recovery and the result I could expect. The day of the operation all the staff were amazing and although it’s quite painful I felt I was receiving the best possible care. After 4 days I felt much better and after my cast was taken off two weeks later people who saw me were unaware I’d had anything done. I’m so delighted with the result and have a new found confidence.
