This was my first time in hospital at age 68. I was worried about things. The staff at the King Edward VII were wonderful at making me at ease and addressing my concerns.

They were punctual in booking the appointment and with all the documentation. I will use their services again if necessary.

i arrived early due to problems on the british rail, on arrival i was told they would try to get me in early. while i was waiting i was offered refreshments.

Thoroughly enjoyed my treatment with Leanne. A very professional & friendly practitioner. She put me at my ease straight away as I arrived slightly late & flustered!

Dr Kasem is his Nursing team are the best. Most of the reception staff were great, unfortunately the 1st receptionist I did encounter, was not so friendly and when you are well, this is not very nice and leaves a lasting impression. Whilst I was waiting and saw nurses they were all friendly, polite and professional.
