Am excellent experience with the doctor, I felt at ease & was given a clear understanding of the issue, potential actions, the actions being taken and why.

I have had private medical care all my life and this is probably the worst experience I have ever had. He runs late, he goes off on tangents, doesn’t concentrate on what he is being asked by the referring doctor but worst of all you are conned into a second appointment to supposedly get the results that he was going to look into and unsurprisingly he has forgotten to do so! He is the most expensive consultant I have ever come across by a long way.

Dr Al-Shakarchi is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. She has always reviewed my notes prior to our appointment, listens carefully and is very calm, reassuring and compassionate. Her professional advice is very balanced and I have 100% confidence with the treatment she prescribes for me.

Dr. Malley is very proactive. I am extremely impressed & delighted with my consultation with him. He is very pleasant and helpful. I felt well informed about my condition. He is very cheerful, comforting and reassuring doctor. I am very thankful and appreciate his contribution towards me and for his profession.

My experience with Dr Hamdulay has been excellent. He took his time to understand my situation and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions like I had with another specialist. He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease. Dr Mahto took ample time to familiarise herself with my medical history and to get to the bottom of my symptoms. Her recommended course of action was explained in great detail and made sense to me. An entirely satisfactory first consultation.
