Mr Broadhurst was extremely professional and offered meaningful information at every juncture. My experience with Mr Broadhurst was excellent.

I was really pleased with my overall experience with Miss Burton. She had a kind and reassuring bedside manner and explained everything to me really well. She was also really helpful and responsive over email (via her secretary) with any questions I had pre and post operation.

Warm greeting, full explanation in a professional and caring manner. Took his time to explain findings and conclusions and regularly checked that I was happy with conversations.

Initial consultation & procedures were dealt with well & quite quick. However, I then had to chase for a follow up, as there was still no reason identified for my diagnosis. The secretary is difficult to get hold, often no replies to emails, so followed up through Spire secretaries. Eventually got a telephone appt, but didn't get called, was then told I should have gone in-person. Next appt cancelled at short notice. Re-schedule appt the Professor didn't turn up, was then told clinic was cancelled, but had no notification, so resulted in a wasted journey. Not sure if I can now be bothered with the hassle to follow up on my health issues!

Dr Kuldeep was very clear and problematic about Symptoms, felt very assured that he would get to the bottom of everything.

Dr Huddy has been exceptional. From my first initial discussion about surgery all the way through to 6 months post op. I had full trust and confidence in him and wouldn’t be where I am today without his skill set and aftercare
