Dr Indian Davagnanam was very thorough in explaining the procedure in a very friendly manner, so that nothing came as a surprise during the lumbar puncture. The reason for the 4 stars, rather than 5, is purely because I was not provided any information by the clinic regarding the procedure beforehand, despite requesting it. I had booked my appointment directly with the clinic, so I cannot blame this on Dr Indran Davagnanam, but it would be really helpful to have some information before the day of the procedure.

On the day of the procedure, we chatted through what was to happen beforehand, and he came and saw me before he went to other duties after I was fully conscious.
