I had a great experience with Ranjit, she was very flexible, quick to reply and able to schedule in last minute appointments. I was able to develop many techniques each week suited to what was needed, this was very encouraging. Would like to continue in the future.

I am so glad that I found Elizabeth, I think everyone needs an ‘Elizabeth’ in their life. She allowed so much time to me to listen & to explain the impact of the feelings I had carried with me since childhood. There was a pre session discussion and a follow up to the actual hypnotherapy. On the day of my hypnotherapy, I woke up to a feeling of hopelessness, Elizabeth changed all that. During the session I never felt rushed or that a timer was going to ping at any minute to be told my session was over, it was the opposite. Really enjoyed my time with Mark. Was very clear from the start the amount of sessions he felt were necessary to work with my condition - OCD - and the approach we would take. Compassionate approach and a good use of humour, as well as challenging some limiting self beliefs. Would highly recommend.

Dr. Vieira helped us with practical tips and strategies to create a closer connection with our baby built on trust and love through mirroring behaviour and better meetings our daughter’s needs while also focusing on self-care. She is highly professional, friendly and honest about the work she carries out. She put me at ease when I had so much going on in my life.
