It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

It’s been an absolute relief to have contacted the Dementech Doctor. Josephine the secretary is incredibly helpful patient and provided all the information in due time, as well as assisting my inquiry of meeting with the psychiatrist Dr Ajoy Thachil, who made himself available for my consultation. To whom I greatly respect his diagnosis and plan for treatment. You are such a wonderful team and automatically wonderful humans experience. Thank you.

The best experience that you could possibly want. It's a shame that this sort of experience isn't on the NHS; thankfully we have a choice.

Fantastic service overall with amazing Dr . Very responsive in booking and appointment, well informed, Dr is compassionate and caring , providing reassurance and guidance at times of need. So happy there is a clinic available with an amazing set up of various specialists in one place working together using multidisciplinary approaches.

Easy to find. Parking was easy on the weekend.

Lovely, clean facilities. All staff very courteous and professional at all times.
