It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

Excellent level of service by the team again. Instant response to my query and helped me with my concerns and request for treatment. Wherever I go, can always trust HarleyDoc to deliver.

Called early afternoon, got the last slot for the same day to meet with Dermatologist Docteur Bouveresse. The welcome person at reception was very nice and helpful. No waiting time.
