Josephine the secretary is incredibly helpful patient and provided all the information in due time, as well as assisting my inquiry of meeting with the psychiatrist Dr Ajoy Thachil, who made himself available for my consultation. Amazing experience , very efficient friendly and informative

It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.

Nice hospital and staff

We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. With Orchestrate Health you get a holistic service which covers all mental health requirements and they have some amazing professionals on their panel.

Very friendly staff and boy wait time

It was a bit hard to find the exact location as it's a big hospital. The waiting room could have had some magazines or reading materials as I was waiting. Enjoyed the coffee though!

Easy to find. Parking was easy on the weekend.
