Clear, friendly and answered all of my questions in a manner which I could understand.

Dr Eugene Ong was both professional and gentle in both his examination and subsequent treatment of my ailment. He took an interest in me as an individual patient. The most standout aspect was that I did not feel rushed in my appointment with him so was also able to ask questions to understand my situation better, rare in medical treatments in my other experiences with doctors.

I have had an excellent experience from beginning to end. Due to COVID, we had a telephone conversation followed by photos to address my issue. Dr Ranasinghe was so reassuring and she gave excellent advice.

Ok, but didn't explain why my problem occurs. Currently receiving medication, from NHS GP, which she agreed with and gave advice on how to continue

Dr Thivi is always very helpful and clear in all recommendations. She is always available for other questions than might come up and goes over and beyond for her patients :)
