My symptoms were very scary but I now feel confident that I am being treated my the best possible doctor for my situation and needs. I was particularly grateful for the clear and straightforward way Dr Malaviya was able to explain complicated concepts. His bedside manner is really excellent. He spoke to me like an intelligent adult and was calm and reassuring throughout.
