As an NHS patient, Mr Tibrewal worked hard to allow me to be treated at Nuffield Health in Brentwood so that my surgery could take place after being on the waiting list 17 months for ACL reconstruction - a surgery I had needed after injuring myself in 2020. Mr Tibrewal explained every detail thoroughly & answered my many questions without hesitation. I am now 7 weeks post op & I’m very happy with the successful outcome of the surgery. Mr Sethi has been fabulous. I injured my knee skiing and tore my ACL and cartilage. It was a very stressful time, Mr Sethi was calm and reassuring. He referred me to a great physiotherapist and I decided to go for surgery. I had never had an operation before, so was quite worried. The whole process was so smooth and everything happened as Mr Sethi said it would. It is now 3 months since my operation and things are going really well - I still have a long way to go, but thanks to Mr Sethi's skill I know I have been given the best chance to get back to full activity. If you have any sort of knee problem, go and see Mr Sethi, he is amazing.

Very calming presence and clear explanations

My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. Many thanks to the whole team.

Mr Bansal treated me with respect and agreed to treat me when other consultants were stalling and leaving me in great pain I wish to thank Mr Bansal for the brillaint operation on my right hip and look foreward to having my left hip replaced .
