Every thing was fine and well explained

Plenty of time given to ask questions about current treatment and future treatment recommended by my dentist. Friendly reception staff who coped with patients coming in for booked appointments and patients paying for treatment received, as well as with telephone calls.

The receptionists were very welcoming and friendly. Both my appointments with the Hygenist and Dentist were on time. A clean and calming environment overall.

My experience was extremely positive. Reception staff are friendly and efficient and my treatment was explained to me, the cost made clear. Treatment was painless and each stage was explained and I was reassured at each stage.

First class all round

Peter was really caring and didn’t want me to feel pain so kept asking if I was okay and not feeling any discomfort. I travelled from Scotland to get the procedure done and Peter said just call or email if I needed help with anything and that gave me peace of mind to know he would be available should the need arise.
