Hospital looked old and in a need of redecoration. However Quick, no waiting but rushed appointment with a doctor looking at his mobile and trying to call someone at the end of the appointment. Didn’t feel I was given time for all my questions. Doctor didn’t reply to my follow up email. Quite disappointed. I have already booked an appointment at different hospital with a different doctor.

Staff at both Queen Anne Street and East Grinstead were wonderful. In particular the anaethetist Dr Lamb. I was very nervous and she really helped calm me down. Reccomendation from a friend

Small but good private hospital with all facilities on site

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

Amazing experience and after care. Dr Pillai is brilliant and the team are highly trained, skilled and professional. AVC really do care about their patients, I couldn't recommend them enough!!

All the staff were so helpful and friendly. I believe that I got very good service at a reasonable price

It has been very good. However, I lost my watch at the hospital. I left the watch inside the bathroom and realised after I was discharged. After calling the receptionist at the ward said they had my watch and will be kept safe and someone could collect it on my behalf, but after a couple of weeks when I called to inform someone will go to collect it, they said they couldn’t locate it, and I waited for someone to get back to me about it but no one called back.
