We have found their support and services fantastic for our child. Mental health remains a gentle red area as far as NHS is concerned and going to private healthcare yourself is a hit and miss. Doctor A Gauthey-Sebert was very friendly and explained everything I needed to know super clearly, putting me at ease even in that quite uneasy situation (I had my first IUD fitted). Super recommended. I'll go back to her in 5 years when I'll have to remove/replace it.

I came to CATCH after struggling with addiction problems for many years. The 28 day rehab programme was truly life-changing. It was a great experience overall. From my initial email to Bloomfield Health about my situation, all the way to the process of getting to my first appointment. I sadly had to re-arrange my appointment a couple of times due to train strikes and other issues. However the medical secretary Missy and practice manager Fernando have been a great help and are very prompt at responding to any issues or queries I had.
