I had an excellent experience with Helena. She was incredibly personable and made me feel comfortable enough to ask numerous questions about the procedure. Helena was very realistic about the expected outcomes and always prioritised my safety in her decisions. On the day of surgery, I was extremely nervous, but Helena immediately put me at ease. She was there for me every step of the way during recovery, providing support and reassurance. I highly recommend Helena for her professionalism and compassionate care.

My second surgery with Mr Roblin. He has gone above and beyond to give me a great improvement in my breast reconstruction following a mastectomy.

Dr Mackey put me at ease the first time I met him and explained everything in a friendly professional manner. I trusted him from my initial consultation and I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Mr Lawton diagnosed my problem swiftly and his staff made the arrangements for surgical treatment in a hospital. In the hospital (King Edward VII) I was well looked after. The short surgical procedure by Mr Lawton was carried out with a local anaesthetic, on schedule and, with explanations and reassurance being given at all stages. Post operative care was comprehensive and I was able to leave the hospital without delay , but with clear instructions on how to behave and what pain killers to take. Four days on, the original pain has gone and the pain from the surgical wound is subsiding rapidly. Thank you; all good, alround. I am a happy patient.
