I'm writing this review to express my deep gratitude for the positive impact Dr. Meera has had on my life. Her compassion and understanding created a safe space for me to open up about my problems. Throughout our sessions, I felt truly heard and supported. Dr. Mehat used a variety of techniques that were incredibly helpful. After EMDR sessions I noticed a significant improvement in managing anxiety, coping with stress, building self-esteem].. If you're looking for a psychologist who is not only knowledgeable but also kind and empathetic, I highly recommended Dr Mehat . Her approach truly helps people move forward and make positive changes in their lives.

I originally went to see Andreas for relationship issues, to which over time, I confronted and solved with his expert guidance. From there we went on to improve and build on myself. After time, he helped me to recognise better behaviours and how to assert myself without conflict. We also focused on ways to develop myself in all other facets of my life to essentially "be my best self". I absolutely recommend working with Andreas. A true professional.

Dr Emily Hale has been fantastic in helping me to improve my mental health and sense of self through psychotherapy. The environment she creates is one free from judgement which allows me to be myself and express any issues that are bothering me. She is superb!

Overall very positive. Started seeing him due to long term health anxiety issues that I had been having, which had become debilitating. From the beginning he outlined a clear treatment plan and I felt very listened to as he assured me my problem is treatable. Since the first appointment, Dr Sharma has been very good at answering specific questions of mine and giving me general guidance in the follow up appointments, as well as guiding me through my treatment.

Dr. Badawi is world-class. She helped me during an extremely difficult time in my life. Her attentiveness was incredibly empowering. I’m grateful to have found her when I needed her the most.

It's been a really interesting experience working on myself with Eleanor. I have only had an initial 5 sessions and I am now taking some time to work on things solo before having a second batch of sessions in the coming months. I found the sessions to be informative, supportive and productive in the early steps of my treatment. I would therefore definitely recommend Eleanor for CBT based therapy which in my case was for skin issues.
