Despite my diagnosis Professor PS made the whole experience as easy as possible for me. He explained everything fully and in simple terms. He advised on both preparation for, and post operation. Both credible and reliable PSs level of confidence was very reassuring to me throughout; he always did what he said he would do which is very rare these days. He genuinely had my best interests at heart at all points of our conversations and was always available. Whilst succint, PS has an excellent 'bedside' manner and where appropriate could inject humour to a conversation. It was also clear to me that PS was respected and well liked by the team. I attribute the success of my operation and recovery to PS's attitude, skill and knowledge for which I will always be grateful.

Half hour wait was the only downside

Mr Acher was very thoughtful and friendly and explained everything about my condition to my wife and I. He was very supportive from start to finish and treated us with respect and alleviated any fears and concerns we had. He came to see my wife and daughter late into the evening to tell them that all went as expected and that I was in recovery.

Mr Wardak was professional, courteous, respectful and very clear in his engagement with me and his explanations offered. He was patient and detailed in addressing my questions and I, and my wife, left the consultation with him very confident in his pre-Ultrasound diagnosis and the explanations offered to support his conclusions. Overall the experience has been easy, smooth and very professional - I would have no hesitation at all in recommending Mr Wardak.

I have known of Mr Tadtayev for some years as an NHS patient who had treated me under that umbrella. I was continually being moved along waiting lists by the NHS and I was aware the Mr Tadtayev also practiced privately. It made huge sense for me to pay for his services at a private hospital to carry out a surgery I had otherwise waited some 5 years for on the NHS. He knew my medical history and paying privately was an obvious step otherwise I would probably still be waiting on an NHS list.
