The Cleveland Clinic is the Second Best Hospital in the World and the Second Best Hospital in the USA for Urology. Prof PS leads the Urology service at Cleveland Clinic London and has replicated that world-class care in the London unit.

Prof PS is an internationally reputed Consultant Urological & Robotic Surgeon specialising in Prostate Cancer, and is widely accepted to be one of the UK's foremost authorities on prostate cancer care. His clinical and research work has changed the practice of prostate cancer care, especially robotic surgery, and saw him listed as one of London's Most Influential People in Healthcare in 2018 and at the top of the List in 2019, making him London's Most Influential Doctor that year.
