Very personable and professional. I felt supported and able to get the help and explanations necessary for my treatment.

As he only worked in the evening once a week this just didn’t work. I don’t have a car, phone conversation is not appropriate. As the Priory hold my notes I found it unnecessary to repeat my information again. Over 2 weeks was lost having and waiting for a blood test for vitamin B12. ( it was normal)The only suggestion was to change my antidepressant .( over 65’s can’t take more than 20 mg of citalopram) This I didn’t want to do without easier access to advice. Dr Kassim agreed. He was always was polite but I’m afraid for me it was a negative experience.

Great bedside manner and always willing to listen and provide assistance in terms of medication and support with therapists
