Well theirs the expectation that you should know where your going. Once up the lift no one to greet it’s very eerie feeling and very institutional going through the white corridors lacked art and colour no warmth it’s like al emotiveness is not there in that building

Very inconvenient. Misleading information. Confused. Not offering help. The receptionist was unable to provide information or guidance with regard to my appointment. Made me wait till my appointment time passed and asked me to come another day. This is so disappointing and frustrating.

Hospital staff very helpful Only problem was the toilet not flashing after use and how ever used the toilet before me had the same problem the bowl was full
