Overall good experience

I have an annual check due to family history of melanoma and have seen the same nurse each time, I'm always greeted friendlily and immediately put at ease. The results then come straight through after only a couple of hours. I think this is a very valuable service, and have nothing but praise for it

Good service

Friendly staff and excellent professional care during the operation. The general admin could be improved: I received no paperwork ahead of my second operation (right eye). I had a date in my diary from a previous conversation, but no formal instructions as with the first operation (left eye). On the day before my operation, on checking with Moorfields to ascertain if the operation was still going ahead, I then had three callbacks - one to pay for the op, then to carry out the pre-operation health check. Everything went well on the day, but the general admin did not reflect well on Moorfields.

They were punctual in booking the appointment and with all the documentation. I will use their services again if necessary.
