My appointment was my first appointment for a concern for my 1 year old, so I was understandably nervous. Not only was Dr Ray incredible with me - making me feel instantly at ease, heard, and validated - but she was also absolutely amazing with my little boy, giving out stickers and playing boo around her desk. He absolutely loved her. Dr Ray made what was a scary prospect actually a really nice, comforting experience and she will be my first port of call for any health concerns for my beloved children in future!

Dr Kumar was a extremely likeable consultant who cared about my well being. He organised my scan quickly. Then explained thoroughly my problem . I wascthen passed on to NHS treatment. Very grateful to Dr Kumar for getting me on my holiday.

8 months ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr. Gilleard. Id considered surgery for some time, mainly due to my nose's crookedness and bulbous tip. I finally decided to go ahead with it, especially with my moving abroad next year. After lots of research for a plastic surgeon (I wanted plastic surgeon over ent) , I chose Dr. Gilleard. My recovery was smooth, and I hardly had much swelling and no bruising. My nose looks great and I’m very grateful to Dr Gilleard and his team .

Very happy with everything - operation and follow up

I feel very privileged to have been cared for by Mr Hunt & his team. From our first meeting he made me feel that I was a person rather than just a patient, ensuring I understood all that he said & inviting questions. He is an exceedingly courteous man with a warm, modest & caring manner. He came to see me in the hospital ward the day after my operation to reassure me that all had gone well. I have much to thank him for.
