Nice hospital and staff

I cannot find anything negative to say about Kipapa, I found the overall experience beneficial.

The lady at the reception was very friendly. She managed to give very clear instruction and sorted out the necessary. The hospital is very clean, quiet. The whole experience is relaxing.

We were eventually seen about 45-50 minutes after the stated time

Excellent care and very kind and helpful staff.Always came immediately if required.I was never made to feel uncomfortable or a nuisance however adequate times I needed help.Medical staff all very experienced and felt completely safe in their hands.

Needed a prescription and no-one available to speak out of 3 medical secretaries, 2pharmacist & 1 assistant Still not spoken to anyone & no service - frustrating
