The booking of the appointment was very stress free and straightforward thanks to a wonderful PA Sue who explains every little detail prior to the session. Katie herself is very professional and makes the conversation more than a medical chat. She offers a great deal of support, useful resources and a plan of treatment in a very calm, warm and compassionate manner.

Very happy that I was able to have the very experienced Mr Shamsi El Hasani as my surgeon. Would highly recommend his expertise as a surgeon & his professional informative & caring manner.

Following research into the top surgeons for Gallbladder removal, I found Mr Kerwat. He should be rated 100 stars as he was superb. He explained the procedure very clearly, and on the day he removed my gallbladder via keyhole surgery, leaving me with almost no scarring AND I have had zero issues post surgery. I cannot recommend Mr Kerwat highly enough.

Procedure explained well and all carried out as planned and described.
