The care I received at Ashtead hospital was excellent. The staff are friendly, dedicated and helpful. All my appointments were on time. The cleanliness and standard of hygiene are very high. It was a very good experience.

The Sainsbury Wing is a calm and peaceful place with pleasing, though non-luxurious decor. The staff on reception are not knowledgeable enough,and could be more gracious and reassuring towards patients. They should be reminded that people are there because they are worried and unwell,and paying a lot of money through desperation and failing NHS.
