My gallbladder was full of stones and needed to be removed to reduce risk of pancreatitis. AXA had referred me yet again to a consultant who was not a surgeon. I would have had to call AXA and have another appointment with a surgeon but Dr Vasilikostas fitted me in after his clinic finished and scheduled me for surgery within two weeks. He was kind, reassuring and professional.

Barry is just the best - kind, funny - I mean who wants to talk poop with someone you don’t really know and he explains things so you can help yourself to feel better, with long-term solutions as well. After a bad experience at another London hospital after the birth of my son and my bowel stopped working post-c-section Barry is a godsend and has put my mind at rest with the symptoms I’m experiencing.
