I arrived and found there was parking so that was a good sign. Friendly reception staff who booked me in & directed me to the 2nd. Checked in with upstairs staff very friendly. A nice hospital, was seen on time and had more than enough time to fully explain my problem to the consultant who was lovely and friendly and put my mind at rest. Had a blood test taken by a lovely nurse who was a real expert at taking blood. My whole experience at the Lister was a very pleasant one.
