I came to see Dr Day with my 6 year old daughter who I was concerned about. The consultation that we had was honestly what I have needed to have done sooner rather than later but I was slightly worried of the outcome as a parent . I felt relieved to have my concerns validated by a clinician but also to have someone understand your concerns and recognise key traits that I sometimes felt only I can see. It was something I have not experienced in an appointment before and feel so so grateful. Ellie was absolutely brilliant with me and took her time to listen to everything I had to relay and was even more amazing with my daughter. My daughter does find it hard sometimes to interact with people she does not know but the way she spoke to my child and was able to make her feel heard, understand and was so positive was so lovely. Ellie was very informative and gave me a some recommendations which I will implement to ensure my child can tackle some of the issues she is facing. Highly recommend! I had the peace of mind that I needed and reassurance that everything will be ok with the work that I need to do to support my daughter and the recommendations she had given me. Thank you Ellie!

Dr Marlow was so warm and friendly, he instantly built a good rapport and made us feel welcome. He took his time to explain everything and really made us feel heard and understood. We really liked his manner and personality which was down to earth and approachable. He was very patient and tolerant and you could tell he was an expert with the way he pitched the information to suit his audience. When speaking to the child, he adapted his language and when speaking to me, he was able to tell that I liked information so he met my needs by explaining things in more depth. We have had two wonderful experiences with Dr Marlow and his team and we are thankful that we chose recognition health as a result. Thank you

I am extremely pleased we have been referred to Dr Ismail for my 6 year old son. Dr Ismail was very patient when listening to the long list of current complaints and complicated medical history, and was very thorough and thoughtful with her approach. I feel we are in very good hands with Dr Ismail and I would recommend her to anybody looking for an approachable and meticulous paediatric endocrinologist.

Dr Spoudeas, despite running a little late in her clinic on the day we visited, did not rush my daughter's appointment when we saw her. We could not be happier with the thoroughness of the history and symptoms taken and the follow-up tests recommended. She put my daughter at ease and enabled her to talk freely and comfortably about personal issues. By far, this is our best experience yet in our convoluted journey of getting to the bottom of our daughter's medical problems.

Dr Al-Saffar was amazing with my daughter. Very clear in her advice and very calm in her approach which was just what you need with a teenager. Her review was very comprehensive and I would definitely recommend her as she has expertise in many areas.

So personable, kind, empathetic and a great listener, seeking for our engagement and joint decision making. Great professional. Have recommended already ( more than once! )
