Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.

Dr. Dinkar Bakshi is a pleasure to work with. His expertise and understanding have been invaluable. I had been suffering from allergies and needed a solution. What initiated everything was a skin-prick test with Dr. Bakshi. This test was essential in identifying my appropriate treatment, which turned out to be immunotherapy—a solution I likely continue to use to this day. It has proven to be the most effective approach so far. While I had previously tried various steroid nasal sprays and antihistamines, they only provided short-term relief. Immunotherapy feels like a lifelong solution.

Found Dr Devereux very friendly, efficient and understanding. Didn't feel rushed and was very thorough.

She listened to my concerns about my daughter’s health and has put an action plan in place to try and get an explanation for her symptoms. I felt she listened well and did not rush the consult. She treated my child with care and respect and made her feel at ease. She explained procedure she was going to have in child friendly terms.
