Outstanding Paediatrician- Friendly, calm and highly knowledgeable. She listened to my concerns about my daughter’s health and has put an action plan in place to try and get an explanation for her symptoms. I felt she listened well and did not rush the consult. She treated my child with care and respect and made her feel at ease. She explained procedure she was going to have in child friendly terms.

We see Dr. Sood originally because we thought our sons problem could be allergy related, so he had skin prick test. Dr. Sood listened to our other concerns about our son and found the cause pretty much straight away, after months of going backwards and forwards to our GP. He fully explained every aspect of our son’s care and what to expect going forward. I had some issues with my gp practice with some of what Dr. Sood advised, but I emailed Dr. sood and he responded pretty quickly and helped resolve the issues. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sood and if in the future I had any concerns I would definitely see Dr. Sood again.

Dr. Dinkar Bakshi is a pleasure to work with. His expertise and understanding have been invaluable. I had been suffering from allergies and needed a solution. What initiated everything was a skin-prick test with Dr. Bakshi. This test was essential in identifying my appropriate treatment, which turned out to be immunotherapy—a solution I likely continue to use to this day. It has proven to be the most effective approach so far. While I had previously tried various steroid nasal sprays and antihistamines, they only provided short-term relief. Immunotherapy feels like a lifelong solution.

Found Dr Devereux very friendly, efficient and understanding. Didn't feel rushed and was very thorough.

I had a very good experience with Dr Neeraj. He consulted my son and explained everything to me in detail, I had no conscience in the field, he presented a sketch of a heart made by hand just to understand very well what the problem is. I felt that I was talking more with a friend than with a Doctor. he also helped me with clear instructions during the consultation period.

Such a friendly doctor who cares deeply and has a genuine passion for helping children.

Dear Dr Menakaya, My family and I wanted to thank you for your utmost care of our 16 year old daughter and for the kindness that you have shown her from initial meeting and consistently so throughout all of her treatment. Unfortunately, I'd not rate Dr Vadamalayan highly. My child and I were in and out in 10 minutes and I felt that he didn't listened to me much or took any notice of what I was telling him, even before we left the room he was checking his phone. Even my child commented " that was quick mummy, it took us 25 mins to get here and only a few mins to see the doctor!" Despite telling the doctor that my child did not suffer from constipation he prescribed tablets for a colonic transit study so my child had to take tablets for 3 consecutive days and on day 4 an x-ray of abdomen was done. He called us a couple of days after the x-ray, he didn't even have the results and asked us to tell him once again what our concerns were which I thought he'd have had noted down during our initial consultation. He then called a few days later to tell me that he had found the x-ray results and there was no sign of the tablets somy child did pass them and didn't have constipation which I had told him already. The only thing he could suggest was giving my child laxatives to make my child have diarrhea and clear out the intestines which again was unnecessary as the reason for our visit was to find out why my child throws up occasionally while feeling absolutely fine and well, without any sign or symptoms of any illness. My child did not suffer from constipation. I told him at the consultation that it could of course be psychological but I wanted to rule out any physiological problems and focusing on constipation was not helpful. Having had to pay the excess on our health insurance and other bills I'm very unsatisfied.
