They took care of me very well

The hospital is very clean, this includes the reception, waiting area, toilets, corridors, consultation rooms and wards. The waiting area is spacious, bright and a wide range of teas and coffee are also provided free of charge. All of the staff a very friendly and they remind you about parking should you forget although it is clearly written everywhere. The hospital easy to locate and parking, although limited, is free of charge.

The Lister is an excellent hospital where I’d be happy to be a patient again if I ever needed to be (hopefully not of course!).

The booking process through HCA was efficient and the clinic was very clean, profession staff and modern equipment.
