The explanations as to how things were to proceed were exactly what was needed as a patient. On Surgery day I was extremely nervous but Mr Bhagawati and his team helped me through and the day after surgery I was up and about and home. I have fully recovered and now have my life back. The aftercare has been great and have the reassurance of follow up appointments for one year should I need them. I cannot fault any of the process it has been amazing and I am so thankful to Mr Bhagawati for all he has done.
