His reassurance to me that I would be very well looked after and that I did’nt need to worry about my forthcoming hip surgery was absolutely true . Mr Gikas was very friendly and highly approachable. He showed genuine interest in exploring my treatment further and making sure we would get to the bottom of the problem.

Mr Aston explained clearly the treatment, the risks and was able to answer my questions. I would have liked to have had more time to ask questions digest the answers before and after the surgery (on the day).

My appointment had been set up satisfactorily, but I have not had it yet.
