Overall a positive experience but I saw a spider hanging in the children section on the waiting area and also a little insect/bug on the floor. I liked that there was a section where to make a coffe while waiting and also the fish tank.

Parking was really bad, I had to double park and was worried I would get a ticket.

My experience overall was really positive, the groups & the one-to-one sessions were really helpful. I also felt H&I coming in to carry the message was extremely supportive for ongoing support when I left. I felt the timetable was good & had a few other extra bits like yoga, reiki & gong. Swimming & the gym was also offered but unfortunately didn’t happen. I would recommend treatment here for anyone seeking recovery and needing to detox but I think on-going support in the rooms of a 12 step fellowship is imperative for continued sobriety. Thank you being my spring board into recovery, I will be forever grateful!

My whole stay at the Spire Bushey went like clockwork - from the courtesy at reception to the nurses great care and help. The Consultant Mr Asef Al-Ani was superb.

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

The nursing staff were my rock before, during and after my surgery. They were helpful with pain management and on top of any possible concern.
