Friendly staff, very helpful. Clean comfy rooms

No delays or backlog or extended waiting. Plenty of reception staff to service queues which makes a big difference in an efficient service. Clean and plenty of parking. I would have liked to see a better stocked play area for the young children (2 year old) as its very small. Maybe some books, a colouring table with colours and paper etc. Nothing extravagant just enough to keep little minds occupied.

Nuffield Health Parkside Hospital provides a very pleasant environment with high standards of cleanliness, all of the members of staff we spoke to were, happy to help and showed kindness to myself and my daughter.

Diagnostic Centre was fine but printer out of ink, MRI broken which didn't give an overall feeling that it is not a top end clinic

Cromwell hospital was incredibly well run. The staff were excellent and made me feel really welcome and less anxious. They made sure I was ok at all times and ensured I wasn't too scared. The food was excellent and the options were excellent. I couldn't recommend it enough

It’s a first class hospital. You feel like you are in an office instead of a hospital, the lighting is good, clean and bright. .
