I cannot fault the overall experience I have had with Nuffield Guildford. All the staff have been helpful and courteous.

Timescale from referral to assessment was great. Online assessment was good, detailed. Could improve on communication post assessments and receiving the report. Helpful to receive a full and shortened copy of the assessment. The face to face assessment seemed not she appropriate and random with the objects chosen.

The staff are always so lovely, kind and cheerful.

Positive and professional assistance from all of the Carers assigned to my wife. Timekeping is outstanding with very few occassions of "no-show" or late appearances.
