New and very modern hospital.

Excellent, very warm and welcoming and ensured I was looked after the entire time

As soon as we walked through the door we felt welcomed and this continued until we left.

The overall experience was very good. The initial communication email about my operation was not sent to me and I had to ring up. The administration of the anaesthetic into my back was painful and didnt work and a general anaesthetic had to be given. Diane on the nursing staff and Paul on catering were excellent

Very good in all aspects.

Very clean hospital - even had a coffee machine. Parking was free which was also a pleasant surprise - in my local hospital you are lucky if you can find a fully functioning water machine and you MUST pay for the parking. All reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

An excellent overall experience. Polite efficient booking. Almost no waiting time from booking till consultation ( booked Saturday for Monday consultation). Would definitely recommend to others & would certainly use again.
