Great experience

Lovely friendly staff and great care

Really calm and relaxing, friendly staff. Only issue was at night you could hear people’s phones going off that were not on silent and the nurse call bell was quite loud but this cannot be avoided I guess.

The Evewell is such a kind and welcoming space and the staff were there for me when I had questions even out of office hours. I would say they went above and beyond for me to make my experience a pleasant and comfortable one.

Great attention, explanation and planning of care. Good admin support for me with insurer etc - all results explained and service always prompt and efficient.

Horrible experience from start to finish - from failure to provide key medical information in my first cycle, to failure to give the financial impact of medical decisions the team wanted to make on my behalf in the second, to constant cash grabs after the fact (e.g., not getting any benefit from the “1 year of free storage” if you have a previous cycle of eggs frozen - even though the samples from 2 cycles are treated as one lot of inventory AFTER the free year that you don’t benefit expires). Do yourself a favor and go any other fertility provider. Facilities at the partner clinics they use are clean and treatments are safe. Kings Fertility which did both my extractions were great.

Very good experience. Thorough and rigorous practices run by specialists and professionals. Detailed diagnosis and honest explanations given to me. High quality equipment. Medical staff excellent. Clean and spacious interiors. The receptionists in the main entrance lobby seemed quiet and slightly unwelcoming, so have dropped the score to 4 stars.
