I have been impressed with the staff and the efficiency of the hospital

The service was very friendly and efficient and I was seen at my appointment time.

The whole clinic seems clean and hygienic. The staff are friendly and communicative.Coffee tea and cold drinks were also offered during waiting times. The whole environment seems designed to put you at ease. The consultant was very helpful in all questions asked.

Didn’t feel like I had private care, nothing special.

The clinic is absolutely exceptional - all the staff there have excellent bedside manner and experience. My only slight criticism is that they share the pharmacy with the rest of the Portland Hospital which have wait times of around 25-30 mins for a prescription (which isn’t the Lister’s fault) but is quite inconvenient

Found the pre-session questionnaire was great for giving an overview of my health and it was all very user friendly.

The appointments ran smoothly and were always on time.

Very helpful staff and procedure was carried out on time.

The experience I had was 2nd to none.
