Dr Bernat first saw me in 2020 after a 6 year history of mental health issues and no help from NHS services. I know myself so much better than before I began sessions with her. I am more self-aware, resilient and have learned real self-compassion. Leading up to the assessment Dr Mashru ensured I had everything I needed. I felt very comfortable and relaxed talking to him which made me feel at ease. He also explained things very well and gave me a better understanding of adhd and my mind.
