Booking an appointment was easy and able to get same/next day slots. Had two appointments, one I got seen early and the second one while late, the communication around this was very good

Been today to see Dr Masud, for my adult daughter. A1 service, extremely lovely Doctor, caring and professional. Following assessment and diagnosis explained everything in detail, from diagnosis, treatment and aftercare. He put my daughter at ease and gave her the reassurance and support she needed. Thank you Dr Masud.. you are a credit to you profession.

The customer service at Nurify Medical has been excellent from the outset, responding respond to enquiries and requests swiftly. They have exceded my expectations (based on my experiences with other practices) to ensure I get the help I need.

Dr Sayani is incredibly thorough, knowledgable, encouraging and is brilliant with my daughter

Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

Care on the weekends was lacking as nursing staff were less engaged with patients unfortunately. Overnight care and day care during weekdays was very good.
